Meditation moment: Better sleep

Sleep is important, but we often don’t get what we need. Our upcoming Meditation moment can help. Our Health Educator and certified meditation instructor, Skylar Griessel, has a special practice on Thursday, May 12 at 12pm EST, that she created to help us sleep better. She’ll also talk with us about why sleep is important, how to improve our sleep quality, and introduce techniques that can help slow a racing mind and promote a healthy night’s sleep.
