Italian herbed tuna and white bean salad Recipe

To prepare, get these ingredients: 4 cups fresh spinach (or your favorite greens), 1 can (15 ounces) drained and rinsed no-salt-added cannellini beans, 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes each cut in 4, ½ silvered (thin sliced) small red onion, ½ slivered (thin sliced) red bell pepper, 20 pitted and finely chopped black olives, 1 jar (12 ounces) drained, rinsed and finely cut artichoke hearts, ¼ cup fresh basil leaves cut lengthwise to matchstick size, 2 tablespoons olive oil, juice and zest of 1 lemon, 4 minced garlic cloves, ⅛ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ¼ teaspoon dried oregano, 4 (8 ounce) drained pouches of tuna in water.
