The audio for the class will not begin until the class start time. Once the class starts, check to make sure your speakers are not muted and the volume is turned up. If the issue persists, try to change the output audio in "Audio Settings" listed at the bottom of the Zoom meeting.
Chat and learns use the raise hand function in Zoom. If you want to speak during a Chat and learn, click the "raise hand" button at the bottom bar of your Zoom window. If you are selected by a moderator, they will send you an "unmute request". If you accept, you will be unmuted and can then talk during the Chat and learn. If you have further issues with your microphone, please refer to our How-to: Allow microphone access Chrome Edge handout for further troubleshooting steps.
Please view our How-To: Zoom Functions and Features document. Near the bottom of the handout there are steps on how to disable subtitles in Zoom.
The time that appears on your Calendar of Online Events is the local time based on when and where you signed in. So for example, if you live in Chicago, IL (Central time zone) and there is a class on the event calendar for 2pm, that means 2pm central time for you.
Please note, the rare situations that the time may be wrong include if you use a VPN to access the site, or are traveling between time zones when viewing the site.

Those classes are on the LifeSpeak program, which offers a wide range of classes available on various topics, including physical and mental health, fitness, and much more. You don't need to RSVP for these classes. At the event start time, sign into your account to watch the video from our Calendar of Online Events.

The Member Resources tab on Humana.com offers helpful information about plan coverage and resources for Humana members. Humana’s customer care team can also assist with any questions you may have. Just call the number on the back of your Humana member ID card.
No, you do not have to be a Humana member to watch a previously recorded class. All live classes and recordings are open to everyone – both members and non-members - unless otherwise noted, as long as you are signed-in.
If you are a Humana Medicare member, you may be eligible to earn Go365 rewards for all classes attended on the site or viewed in the video library, up to your annual limit. If you need to know more information or have questions about your rewards, please feel free to contact us via email or phone via the "Contact Us" or "About Us" page.
For classes offered on Zoom, after you’ve attended a class you registered for, you should receive a thank you email. This email includes a link to a brief survey with questions regarding the event and your experience. Although feedback is always optional, we’d love to hear from you to ensure we’re providing the best experience for our participants!
Yes! If you are a Humana medicare member, you can view on-demand classes at SilverSneakers.com or you can participate in live classes at Go.SilverSneakers.com/Live. You can also call your nearest Humana neighborhood location to find out about local live classes offered.
