If you’re curious about who we are, what we do, and possibly connecting with us, you can visit the About Us page to learn more. Once you click on the About us link, you’ll find a summary of our online and local services that are available to you. 

 

Scrolling down a bit further, you can also find more information about our Health Educators and how to contact them for a 1x1 appointment. You can speak with a Health Educator to get informed about important screenings and educational classes, receive assistance with technology and online health resources, and get connected to local resources in your area. 

 

If you don’t see a Health Educator near you, no worries! You can email us at: HumanaNeighborhoodCenter@humana.com to get connected with someone who can help. 

To create an account, select “Login” in the top right corner, and click “Create an account”.  Simply type your email address, create a password and click “Sign up”. You will then verify your email and complete your user profile. Please note, your Humana Neighborhood Center account is separate from any other account you may have with Humana (i.e. MyHumana, CenterWell Pharmacy, Go365…).

To make changes to your profile, please visit the Account page. Once you are on your account page, click “Show Account Details” to update your information or to change your password.

Time zones: The time that appears on your Calendar of Online Events is the local time based on when and where you signed in.  So for example, if you live in Chicago, IL (Central time zone) and there is a class on the event calendar for 2PM, that means 2PM Central time for you.  

Please note, the rare situations that the time may be wrong include if you use a VPN to access the site, or are traveling between time zones when viewing the site.

If you aren’t able to attend a live event, or your interested in checking out more of our education programs, you can visit our on-demand Video Library. Once you find a video you want to play, just click the play button to get started.

 

Bookmarks: While in the video library, you can easily bookmark a video by clicking the gray ribbon in the upper right corner of the video tile. The ribbon will turn green to indicate you have successfully bookmarked the class. Head over to your “My Account” page to see all your bookmarked videos. 

SilverSneakers

If you are a Humana medicare member, you can view on-demand classes at SilverSneakers.com or you can participate in live classes at Go.SilverSneakers.com/Live

Go365

If you are a Humana Medicare member, you may be eligible to earn Go365 rewards for all classes attended on the site or viewed in the video library, up to your annual limit.  If you need to know more information or have questions about your rewards, please feel free to contact us via email or phone via the "Contact Us" or "About Us" page.

How can I find answers to questions about my plan or coverage?

The Member Resources tab on Humana.com offers helpful information about plan coverage and resources for Humana members. Humana’s customer care team can also assist with any questions you may have. Just call the number on the back of your Humana member ID card.

Do I have to be a Humana member to watch the videos?

No, you do not have to be a Humana member to watch a previously recorded class. All live classes and recordings are open to everyone – both members and non-members - unless otherwise noted, as long as you are signed-in.
