Humana offers a variety of live events at Facebook.com/Humana every Tuesday and Thursday at noon, Eastern time. You can also register to participate in our online classes by visiting the "Upcoming Events" tab or in the event calendar at the bottom of the homepage. You can watch past Facebook Live sessions at Facebook.com/Humana under the videos section. All other recorded online classes can be found by clicking on the “Video Library” tab at the top of this page.
No, you do not have to be a Humana member to watch a previously recorded class. All live classes and recordings are open to everyone – both members and non-members!
If you are a Humana medicare member, you are eligible to earn Go365 rewards for all classes except the classes hosted on Facebook, up to your annual limit.
You should receive a registration confirmation email as soon as you register, as well as a reminder email several days before the class if you registered in advance. The link to join the class is located in the registration and reminder emails. Simply click on the link and follow the prompts to join.

The audio for the class will not begin until the class start time. Once the class starts, check to make sure your speakers are not muted and the volume is turned up. If that is not the case, try to change the output audio in "Audio Settings" listed at the bottom of the Zoom meeting.
Events hosted on Facebook can be viewed on a phone or tablet through a web browser or through the Facebook app. While a computer offers the best viewing experience for events not hosted on Facebook, our online classes can be viewed through the Zoom app. Click here for instructions for downloading the Zoom app and connecting to classes on a phone or tablet.
For classes offered on Zoom, after you’ve attended a class you registered for, you should receive a thank you email. This email includes a link to a brief survey with questions regarding the event and your experience. Although feedback is always optional, we’d love to hear from you to ensure we’re providing the best experience for our participants!

Yes! If you are a Humana medicare member, you can view on-demand classes at SilverSneakers.com or you can participate in live classes at Go.SilverSneakers.com/Live. You can also call your nearest Humana neighborhood location to find out about local live classes offered. To find a Humana Neighborhood Location near you, visit Humana.com/Humana-neighborhood-centers and scroll down to “find a location.”
The Member Resources tab on Humana.com offers helpful information about plan coverage and resources for Humana members. Humana’s customer care team can also assist with any questions you may have. Just call the number on the back of your Humana member ID card.
