Here’s what you’ll need for the Lentil Curry Soup: four cups red lentils; ½ red onion, finely chopped; four garlic cloves, finely chopped; one cup hot water; one can coconut milk; one tablespoon salt; ½ jalapeño, finely chopped; two tablespoons curry powder; one teaspoon turmeric powder; one teaspoon mustard seeds; four garlic cloves, whole peeled; one teaspoon onion powder; one teaspoon garlic powder; two tablespoons parsley, finely chopped; two tablespoons green onions finely chopped; four tablespoons olive oil; four cups vegetable stock.

For the Fish Filet: two fillets of your favorite fish; two tablespoons Louisiana Cajun blackened seasoning; four tablespoons first cold-pressed olive oil; four garlic cloves, finely chopped.
