To prepare, get these ingredients:
For the Grilled Pork/Chicken: 1.5 pounds pork tenderloin cut to ¾-inch slices - or - 3 large chicken breasts cut to ¾-inch slices, 1 finely diced small white onion, juice and zest of 1 lime, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 4 teaspoons ground cumin, 1 teaspoon chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
For the Avocado Mango Salsa: 2 medium peeled and seeded avocados, 1 peeled and diced ripe mango, ⅓ cup lime juice, 2 medium chopped vine-ripe tomatoes, 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon snipped cilantro, 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil.
