To prepare, get these ingredients: 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, 1
tablespoon ground cumin, 1 tablespoon chili powder, ½ tablespoon granulated garlic, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste), ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste), ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper (or to taste), ½ cup reduced sodium soy sauce, ½ cup olive oil, 12 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves (about 1 head), 2 cups guacamole.
