To prepare, get these ingredients:
4 large chicken breasts, 1 packed cup of washed and stemmed Italian flat
leaf parsley, 1 packed cup of washed and stemmed fresh cilantro, ½ cup
stemmed fresh mint leaves, 6 cloves coarsely chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon
kosher salt or more to taste, ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, 1 cup
olive oil, ⅓ cup distilled white vinegar, and water as needed.
