Lentil curry soup recipe

To prepare, get these ingredients: 4 cups red lentils; ½ red onion finely chopped 4 cloves garlic finely chopped; 1 cup hot water; 1 can coconut milk; 1 tablespoon salt; ½ jalapeno finely chopped; 2 tablespoon. curry powder; 1 teaspoon. turmeric powder; 1 teaspoon mustard seeds; 4 garlic cloves whole peeled; 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 2 tablespoon parsley finely chopped; 2 tablespoon green onions finely chopped; 4 tablespoon olive oil; 4 cups vegetable stock.
