Cooped up and cooking: Chicken mignon

Filet mignon is a special treat, but for a lower cost, lower-sodium option, think chicken instead. See what we mean on Tuesday, November 23 at noon EST when Chef Nino prepares a delicious and nutritious Chicken Mignon recipe for the latest episode of “Cooped Up and Cooking.” Reducing beef in your diet and replacing it with leaner proteins and fewer saturated fats like chicken has been shown to improve overall heart health*. #ThatsHumanCare Need a reminder?
