Recipe for Pan-Seared Tuna Filets

Recipe for Roasted Garlic-Herbed Aioli

To make this recipe, you’ll need:

2 tuna filets, 4 tablespoons first cold pressed olive oil, salt and pepper (to taste), 4 cloves fresh garlic minced, and 2 tablespoons parsley or fresh cilantro cut finely.
For the garlic herbed aioli, you will also need: 1 bulb roasted garlic cooked and peeled, 2 cups olive oil mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons fresh thyme cut finely, 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary cut finely, salt and pepper to taste, ½ teaspoon smoked paprika.
