Here’s the ingredients list to help you prepare:
1 cup fresh spinach, stems removed (or ½ oz. package frozen chopped,
thawed), 1 cup fresh kale, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 small
clove minced garlic, ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, ¼ tsp. salt,
ground nutmeg, pepper, 4 beaten eggs, 1 tbsp. butter
