Ingredient list:
1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 medium-large sweet potato, peeled and diced to ½
inch squares, 1 diced large onion, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp. chili
powder, 2 tsp. ground cumin, ½ tsp. ground chipotle chile, ¼ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. black pepper, ¼ tsp. ground oregano, 2½ cups chicken stock, 2 15-ounce cans rinsed black beans, 1 14-ounce can San Marzano canned tomatoes, 4 tsp. lime juice, ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
