Chickpea, tomato, and kale soup Recipe

To prepare for the event, assemble this ingredient list: 1 lb. dried chickpeas cooked to instructions on bag (or use 4 cans cooked), 3 cups vegetable broth, 1 can coconut milk, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 yellow onion cut finely, 4 cloves garlic minced, 1 (28 oz.) canned San Marzano Tomatoes, 1 tablespoon curry powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 bunch kale finely chopped, 3 oz. baby spinach (½ small bag), Salt and Pepper to taste
